Verification of servants should be made mandatory under section 144 of CrPC

After the increasing rate of crimes in Noida by the domestic helps Noida police has decide to make the verification of domestic helps compulsory. The verification cell of the district will prepare a database and also seeking the District magistrate’s help under section 144 of CrPC. The Noida police will study the procedures followed by the neighboring states and will also prepare the database on the basis of the available information. The section will give the power to Noida police to issue orders in case of nuisance and emergency. The implementation of this rule will help the Noida police in investigating the case. It is done for the welfare of the residents of the Noida city. Mr. Ashok Tripathi, Superintendent of Police, said that they had sent an officer to study the servant verification procedures in Gurgaon and will submit the report soon. Based on which they will request the DM to make the servant verification compulsory in using the special powers under section 144 of CrPC. Special software has also been designed with the help of professionals for developing the finger print impression. The computerized identification of servants will help the Noida police in determining the involvement of servant in the crime.

CBI arrested Krishna for allegedly involvement in the murder

Another major development in the case of Noida twin murder case of Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj is made by the CBI when they claimed the involvement of Krishna, assistant of Dr. Talwar, in the murder. Krishna has confessed to CBI about his involvement in the case. CBI has got the six-days custody and asking for the eleven days extension. The CBI has conducted almost five different tests on Krishna, including the narco-analysis test. CBI stated in the court that the Krishna has provided the Nepalese traditional weapon to Hemraj as they both were friends. CBI also said that Krishna was present at the Talwar’s house on the day of murder. In addition to this, CBI has also investigated the Durrani’s family and also from their domestic help. Dr. Anita Durrani’s name has also cropped up in the murder as allegedly having the relation with Dr. Talwar. CBI has seized the mobile phone of Dr. Anita and sent it forensic examination. Durrani’s house has also been scanned by the Noida police for possible evidence.

The country’s first helpline for consulting the problems regarding safe sex, contraceptives, reproduction health and sexual dysfunctions has been introduced in the Delhi and NCR – Noida, Gurgaon. It is a public-private venture introduced to control the rising population of the country. It will also promote safe sex and family planning methods. The helpline concerns the theme of ‘reproductive health, family planning and child health’. Anyone can freely call on 011-66665555 with their doubt between 10 am to 6 pm and get the queries solved by the team of experts. The team will resolve the queries on sexual health concerns, contraception, breast related problems, sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy, infertility, abortions, menopause and puberty; they also explain the reproductive system of males and females in context of your issue. In addition to these services, the helpline will also assist in removing the popular misconceptions about sex. In tie-up with V-customer, international BPO, Jansankhya sthiratha Kosh (National Population Stabilization Fund) set up the helpline to spread the awareness for sexual health. The helpline will serve the Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and other regions.

Another case of crime in Noida by domestic help

Another case of crime by domestic help has shocked the Noida city again. Akash, a Nepalese and domestic help of a family is allegedly blamed to drug the family of four members and another servant. Akash is going missing after the family was found unconscious in their house. One of the victims has died and others are admitted in the hospital. Rajinder, another help of the family said they all had dinner together and after that they all went unconscious. I woke up in the morning and was felling like vomiting and semi-conscious. The Noida police said the situation will only get cleared when victims regain the consciousness. But till the domestic help will be under suspected accuse.

Court rejected Talwar’s bail plea

A special court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Dr. Rjaesh Talwar, arrested for his alleged role in twin murder of his daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj. Sapna Mishra, Magistrate CBI, heard the arguments of both the sides - lawyers and Dr. Talwar side before refusing the bail plea. Special magistrates do not have the power to grant the bail to the accused in murder case Talwar’s lawyer argued that the bail should be granted as there is no evidence against him with the opposition. And, the CBI counsel opposed the plea as the investigation is still on progress and independent witnesses could be influenced. The defense lawyer Satish Tamta said that is just the court procedure. This is the pave the way to higher court and additional district and session judge (ADJ) for the litigants.

Rickshaw bank for self employment of poor

The center for rural development has made its contribution to save the environment by introducing the rickshaw bank. It will help the rickshaw pullers to take loan for acquiring a rickshaw for themselves. There are almost 8 million rickshaws in the India. Rickshaw is a cheap and carbon-fee from of transport. The center for rural development has introduced this program to initiate loan scheme to assist the rickshaw pullers. This program is designed to help the poor and marginalized community. It also encourages the nature of self employment among the poor. The main idea behind the rickshaw bank program is to issue an asset-based loan to rickshaw pullers for which installments are repayable on a daily repayment plan with one year duration. This program will contribute to two things together; one is saving the environment from pollution and carbon and second is giving a self employment to poor people.

Fire broke in an industrial unit in Noida

A major fire broke out in an industrial unit in Noida. At 7’o clock in the morning the fire began from the basement of the company which engulfed all the plastic material stored there, informed Fire officer A.B. Pandey. It is an electric meter manufacturing unit in the sector-58 of Noida. Around seven fire tenders were engaged to control the fire. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported from the site and neighboring factories were also saved. It became difficult to control the fire as the factory contained all the material of plastic which is highly inflammatory. The fire brigades took the prompt actions to control the fire. The factory owner has reported the loss of approx 70 to 80 crores. Noida is an important commercial area and sector-58 is a stated industrial hub of the region.

46 kids go missing in 60 days

46 kids from Ghaziabad and Noida region have gone missing from the past 60 days. A survey has been conducted by Naujawan Bharat Sabha, an NGO. The figures contained in report are obtained under RTI act. The maximum number cases are reported from bhangel, mamura, chhijarsi and Bishanpura areas of noida; and vija nagar, sanjay nagar, nandgram, khoda tigri, shyam park extension, pyarelal colony, bhudh vihar and some more areas of Ghazaiabad. The cases reported of the missing children are mainly from the poor families; and when they go police to complain they were allegedly turned back both in Noida and Ghaziabad. Despite of the serious cases of trafficking of organs, child pornography and pedophiles, police is not paying the needed attention. The NGO has asked for the CBI inquiry in the case.

Three people arrested with smuggled liquor

Three people were arrested by the Noida police for smuggling the liquor. Five cartons of smuggled liquor were recovered from their possession. The Noida police have identified the three arrested people as Magan Bhatti, Adesh Kumar and Colonel alias Kavinder. All three were arrested from the Okhla barrage chowki area. The police have filed the case against them and will continuing the further proceedings. A Maruti Esteem car, three knives and five cartons of English liquor were recovered from them. All things are now under the police custody. “Needed step will be taken to resolve the case”, the police said.

Noida police indicated possibility of more arrests in the double murder case

After talking to Nupur Talwar, Aarushi’s mother, Noida police indicated the possibility of more arrests in sensational twin murder case of Aarushi and Hemarj. Dr. Rajesh Talwar is already under the custody of Noida police. Police has seized the Central Processing Unit (CPU) of the computer used by Aarushi from the room where she was found dead next morning. The cyber experts will analyze the information for more evidences and further probe. The Noida police questioned Nupur for an hour after the two days of her husband’s arrest for allegedly killing his own daughter and Hemraj, the domestic help of the family. Police says one is a planned murder and other one became the victim of circumstances. But the police are still unable to find out the motive of the murder. The Noida police are also planning to take the permission of Narco-analysis test of Dr. Rajesh Talwar from the court.
